The NSL book is based on a totally restructured version 3.0 of the NSL simulator. The aim of the book is to provide a comprehensive description of the updated NSL software and to present a wide range of neural network models, both technological and biological, that have been implemented in NSL by different authors. The software accompanying the book as well as all models documented in the book can be obtained free of charge at our web site.
